Description

The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera is a video camera that follows the form factor of a mirrorless photo camera with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, Super 16mm-sized sensor and a Micro Four Thirds (MFT) lens mount. Not only does the MFT mount allow the camera to support many MFT-native lenses, because of the shallow flange focal distance, it can be adapted to a variety of third-part lenses, included Nikon, Canon, as well as many rangefinder systems.

The camera is able to record in either Cinema DNG RAW or Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) at 23.98p, 24p, 25p, 29.97p, or 30p.
