Pick Up and Return
You must schedule pick up and return of equipment with your UP Technical Director. Please begin this scheduling conversation as far in advance as possible in order to ensure a smooth pick up. Please note that late fees do apply.

UP Equipment Inventory items are only available to performances being directly supported by Undergraduate Production. Almost all items are free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis. Some equipment may have fees associated with each reservation. Late fees and replacement fees apply for damaged or lost equipment.

UP Equipment Inventory items are only available to performances being directly supported by Undergraduate Production. If you require equipment for a non UP-supported event, please try the Bass Media Library or CPA grant recipients can reserve equipment at the Center for Collaborative Arts and Media.
